Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Crimtan’s Pixel Tag Solution

Purpose: This SLA outlines the agreed-upon service level for Crimtan’s Pixel Tag Solution, including the supported web browsers for optimal performance.

Supported Browsers: Crimtan’s Pixel Tag Solution is guaranteed to function with the following web browsers:

  • Chrome (the two latest versions)
  • Chrome mobile (the two latest versions)
  • Safari (the three latest versions)
  • Mobile Safari (the latest three versions)
  • Firefox (the two latest versions)
  • Edge (the latest two versions)

Uptime Guarantee: Crimtan guarantees a minimum uptime of 99.9% for the Pixel Tag Solution. In the event of downtime, Crimtan will take appropriate action to restore service as soon as possible.

Support: Crimtan will provide support for the Pixel Tag Solution during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. In the event of an emergency, Crimtan will make best efforts to respond outside of these hours.

Maintenance: Crimtan may perform scheduled maintenance on the Pixel Tag Solution, but will make best efforts to minimize disruption to the service. Crimtan will provide at least 24 hours notice for planned maintenance, except in the case of emergency maintenance.

Modifications: Crimtan reserves the right to modify this SLA at any time, with written notice to the client.

By using Crimtan’s Pixel Tag Solution, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this SLA.
