Paul started in print media at VNU Business Communications and joined DoubleClick as one of its founder employees in 1997. After five years with the company Paul moved on to work at 365 Media Group as Commercial Director where he built their media network. Paul joined Tacoda in August 2006 as UK MD and set up their first international office. Just prior to the takeover of Tacoda by AOL, Paul moved to join NebuAd as UK MD in November 2008 before founding Crimtan in September 2009.
Yuri started his career in advertising in 2007, joining the research team at Nebuad. Yuri worked with big data, using his academic expertise in experimental design to develop new algorithms. Two years later Yuri joined Red Aril as head of ad operations, helping the company build a team of traffickers and analysts. Yuri formally took the role of Head of Technology in March, 2013. Yuri holds a PHD in Statistics from Saint Petersburg State University.
After public practice and some time in music and media finance, Ari has worked with fast growth start-ups for the last ten years. His experience has been gained mostly in seeing tech and retail companies through to exit – starting with Primelocation.com in 2006 where he was the head of finance. Ari joined Crimtan in October 2016.
Kate is an enthusiastic and conscientious HR professional with over 15 years experience, with companies including Centrica, TUI Travel, The Body Shop, and Watson Wyatt. She has in-depth and broad expertise in all aspects of HR, specialising in compensation management, benefits, and HR systems. With a passion about workplace wellbeing, she possesses excellent inter-personal and communication skills, relating to customers and colleagues alike, and ensures that staff are at the forefront of Crimtans growth.
Andy has over 20 years of experience in delivering successful digital propositions, most recently as CCO of Larsson & Jennings, the Swiss Made Watch brand. At Venda, the world’s largest on-demand e-Commerce provider which was bought by Oracle in 2016, he launched and optimised online propositions for clients including Jimmy Choo, TK Maxx and Urban Outfitters. Prior to this he was part of the founding team of Tesco.com. As Product Director at Crimtan Andy oversees the product go-to market strategy with a core objective to deliver value and retention across our client base.
Ian has founded and run a number of independent creative agencies and has also worked in client side media and marketing roles. He was Managing Director of Black Cat which was acquired by JWT and subsequently joined Betfair as Marketing Director. His next project, Wand Agency, was merged into Golley Slater London where he was CEO with international network responsibility before joining Crimtan in 2015.
Luke has spent the past 10 years working within Digital, for both start ups and corporates. He founded Scenestealer over 10 years ago and continues to lead the business as it goes from strength to strength. He is a qualified solicitor and brings with him a legal precision for every project.
Joshua started his career Digital Marketing in 2013 when he started his own affiliate marketing business promoting brands on social networks and mobile DSPs. Previous to this, Joshua spent 7 years studying, living and working in Japan as an educator and lead singer of a metal band where he toured extensively in Japan and the US. Joshua started at Crimtan as a client services manager in 2015 working on the Asia business leveraging his knowledge for the market and Japanese language skills. Now in the role of Country Manager, Japan and Asia, Joshua oversees the operation in the region promoting Crimtan’s local and international capabilities.
Michael is a former attorney who also launched his own sports marketing agency. He began his digital career in 2007 when he joined the mobile marketing company, Vibes Media, as their VP of Sports, Media and Entertainment. Michael then spent several years running mobile sales for the Tribune Media Group, before getting into the programmatic space with MediaMath in 2014. Michael has spent the past five years in a variety of roles with Adara, most recently as their Vice President of Enterprise Sales – North America.
Philippe brings over 20 years of media experience; from an account executive planning media budget of a major fast-food chain opening in the early 2000 in the region to heading 70% of the commercial revenue of one of the most prominent media group in the UAE.
